About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform real estate locations, maps, and property information into engaging visual stories.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cinematic editing, motion graphics, animation, and short-form content creation. You will work closely with our marketing team to create high-quality videos that strengthen our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and paid advertisements.
• Create cinematic satellite zoom-ins, animated maps, route animations, location flyovers, and geographic visualizations.
• Develop motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and storytelling sequences.
• Create clear and engaging visuals explaining plot boundaries, roads, sectors, and surrounding developments.
• Edit app demos, product walkthroughs, founder videos, voiceovers, and brand promotional content.
• Handle sound design, subtitles, color grading, pacing, and platform-specific video formats.
• Create attention-grabbing hooks to improve viewer engagement and audience retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn creative briefs and scripts into polished video content.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and deliver projects within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create vertical 9:16 videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Good understanding of editing pace, sound design, transitions, color grading, and social media trends.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video editing and motion graphics work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GeoLayers 3 and map animation workflows.
• Ability to create cinematic satellite animations, route animations, and location flyovers.
• Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation software.
• Experience creating performance-focused Meta and Instagram advertisements.
• Interest in real estate, mapping technology, geography, or digital marketing.
