Our reputed Client is hiring for: Designation: Motion Graphic Designer Location: Hyderabad Shift: 11 AM - 7 PM Work Mode: Work From Office Interview: 3 rounds including 1 assignment round Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days) NOTE: No freelancing experience. Excellent communication skills required POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an energetic and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team full-time, bringing specialized expertise in creating compelling explainer videos and engaging animations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for motion animation, exceptional graphic skills, and a passion for storytelling through animation. This role involves conceptualizing and designing storyboards, as well as overseeing the complete postproduction process for animated videos, to communicate complex ideas in visually appealing and effective ways. OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize and develop outstanding storyboards from final scripts that effectively convey the intended message to the target audience. Create visually stunning and seamless motion graphics, including typography, animations, transitions, composition, and visual effects that bring the script and storyboard to life. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects to produce high- quality animated videos. Manage the entire animation postproduction process, including timing, pacing, and synchronization of audio, clips, and visual elements. Work closely with the creative team and video production manager to ensure a cohesive and unified final product that aligns with project goals and objectives. Adapt to various visual styles and creative directions based on project requirements. Offer creative input and innovative solutions to improve the quality and impact of the videos. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: BS/BA or equivalent plus 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a motion graphic designer role within a corporate marketing department and /or agency. The ability to meet tight deadlines and work with stakeholders at all levels across the organization with a sense of urgency, positive attitude, and flexibility is essential to success. Assist with standard video editing tasks when needed. A standout portfolio that demonstrates expertise in all stages of pre-production, including storyboarding, as well as creative motion design and animation work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier, and Cinema 4D. Must display exceptional attention to detail in design, planning, organization, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Illustration skill is a must. Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike is a plus. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in motion graphic design, art, or related discipline. NOTE: No freelancing experience.
