Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in both motion and static design for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs with quick turnaround times and a strong understanding of marketing-focused best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro for ads, reels, explainers, and social media content.
• Design high-quality static creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma/Canva for social posts, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, current digital trends, and performance marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and deliverables.
• Maintain a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and producing fast, high-quality output.

Requirements:

• Any relevant graduation
• Rotational shifts
• 4+ years of professional experience in motion and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static work tailored for digital platforms.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and marketing strategies.
• Experience in performance-driven marketing design is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
