Having knowledge about AI tools is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail. - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and feedback to team members and clients. - A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
