Motion Graphic - Designer

Role Overview: As a Motion Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing motion graphics projects with high visual impact. You will work on various stages of the design process, from storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring cohesive and engaging visual narratives. Your creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail will be key in producing cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute motion graphics projects from start to finish, including storyboarding, design, animation, and final delivery. - Edit and composite video footage with motion graphics to create cohesive and engaging visual narratives. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work remains fresh and cutting-edge. - Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment. - Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge about AI tools is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail. - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and feedback to team members and clients. - A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
