Motion Graphic Designer

You will be joining our team as a Motion Graphic Designer, where your main responsibility will be to create visually engaging animations, videos, and graphic content that effectively convey our ideas and messages across various media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include designing and animating high-quality motion graphics such as logos, transitions, infographics, and promotional videos. You will also be providing support to trainees, addressing their queries, and helping them overcome design and technical challenges. It is important to stay updated with industry trends and software updates to ensure that our training content remains relevant and up-to-date. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be working closely with creative directors and team members to develop design concepts and visual storytelling strategies that align with project goals. Additionally, you will be editing video footage by incorporating motion graphic elements, special effects, sound, and transitions to produce visually compelling final products. Creating storyboards to outline animation sequences and effectively communicating the visual flow of projects to clients and team members will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or video production along with a strong portfolio is required. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coral Draw is essential for this role.
