Motion Graphic Designer cum Animator

As a Motion Graphic Designer cum Animator, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating motion content that elevates our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include designing and animating engaging visuals for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives. You will be tasked with developing 2D animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams, you will conceptualize and execute creative ideas. Additionally, you will edit and enhance video content by incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and exploring innovative visual styles. It is important to stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. You will also assist in creating storyboards, mood boards, and design mockups for campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and animation. A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools is essential, with experience in Cinema 4D or Blender considered a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, storytelling, sound design, and video editing is crucial. Attention to detail, aesthetics, ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills are key to success in this role. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics and animation projects will be required.,
