Motion Graphic Designer and UI Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Bix Bytes Solutions, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and immersive user experiences for our Swiss clientele. You will collaborate with our talented Interaction Design and Visual Design teams to conceptualize and produce micro animations, motion graphics, and transitions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and create micro animations, motion graphics, transitions, and visually appealing visual assets - Utilize motion and design principles to enhance user interactions and experiences - Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and design assets using Adobe Creative Suite - Apply sound editing techniques and software to enhance audio quality in motion graphics and animations - Integrate live-action footage seamlessly into motion graphics using chroma key techniques - Develop visually stunning visual effects for digital products using 3D animation knowledge - Craft creative animated posts, engaging visual content, and graphics for marketing campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and provide mentorship to junior designers - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation design Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field - Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma - Proficiency in sound editing techniques, chroma key recording, and web video optimization - Knowledge of SVG animation and 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender - Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work within deadlines - Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning in motion graphics and animation design Join us at Bix Bytes Solutions and be a part of a great company culture with motivated teammates, work-life balance, and opportunities for career advancement.,
