Job Summary

A2 Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling to create engaging digital content for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand promotions.

You will collaborate with the design, video editing, social media, and performance marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, animated typography, and visual effects for digital marketing campaigns.
• Design and animate creative content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Develop animated advertisements, promotional videos, product videos, explainer videos, and branded content.
• Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, social media executives, and performance marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
• Convert creative briefs, storyboards, and static designs into compelling motion graphics and animations.
• Add transitions, visual effects, animated text, icons, illustrations, and other elements to enhance video content.
• Ensure all creative assets follow client brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific specifications.
• Optimize videos for different formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and social media platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver creative assets within deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions from internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and digital content formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating motion graphics for social media content, digital advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, resolutions, and export settings.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually engaging animations.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics and animation skills is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or advertising environment.
• Knowledge of 2D character animation, kinetic typography, compositing, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media advertising trends.
• Experience adapting creative assets for different audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
