Job Description

InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, expertise in motion graphics and animation, and hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to produce engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and video ads for digital platforms.
• Design creative assets for social media, paid advertising campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing channels.
• Transform static designs into compelling motion graphics and animated content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Use AI-powered design and video generation tools to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
• Edit videos, add transitions, visual effects, typography, sound effects, and animations as required.
• Develop creative variations for advertising campaigns and social media platforms.
• Ensure all designs and animations meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, video editing, AI tools, and digital advertising.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animated ads, social media reels, and promotional videos.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video creation, animation, or workflow enhancement.
• Ability to create visually appealing and performance-focused creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing work is required.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
