Job Description

As a member of the Stripe Production Design team, you will be responsible for creating motion design work that showcases Stripe's brand and marketing initiatives on various digital platforms. Your role will involve producing high-quality motion graphics for social media content, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. You will animate brand-consistent motion assets that align with Stripe's visual identity and independently manage smaller motion design projects while supporting larger marketing initiatives. Collaboration with the Marketing and Brand Studio teams to deliver compelling animated content and maintaining consistent motion design standards across different digital formats and specifications will be key aspects of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of motion design experience, with a focus on social media and digital advertising. Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite are essential, along with proficiency in navigating and using Figma. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design work for digital channels, experience in creating short-form animated content for marketing purposes, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with attention to detail are required. A solid understanding of animation principles and current motion design trends is also necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include a background in creating motion work for tech or financial brands, an understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising specifications, the ability to translate static designs into compelling motion pieces, experience in fast-paced collaborative creative environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. Experience with 3D programs such as Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, etc., would be a plus. Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of their time in their local office or with users. The in-office expectations may vary depending on the role, team, and location. Some teams, such as the Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, and Bengaluru, India, work 100% from the office. In-office attendance requirements may be higher for certain teams to support users and workflows effectively. This approach aims to balance in-person collaboration and learning while allowing for flexibility where possible.,
