About the team:
We are looking for Motion Designer with 5+years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. The team aims to elevate EG's leadership, product, and marketing communication through precise, visually strong, and brand-aligned presentations. The role ensures every presentation from boardrooms to product demos reflects EG's professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design motion graphics, explainers, and SoMe animations for marketing and internal communication.
- Create short-form video content for campaigns, events, and leadership updates.
- Support Marketing and Corporate Comms in developing high-quality visual storytelling.
- Develop interactive visuals and animated infographics for web and presentations.
- Edit and optimise video content for multiple platforms.
- Ensure all assets meet EG's brand and visual standards.
- Maintain a high level of detail and craftsmanship from storyboard to final render.
Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set:
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in motion design and video production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation, compositing, and visual storytelling.
- Meticulous attention to timing, composition, and typography.
- Understanding of brand communication and digital channels.
Required Skills:
- Experience with sound design, color grading, and motion branding.
- Familiarity with interactive content or UI motion.
- Ability to independently manage multiple parallel projects.
- Knowledge of how AI can streamline motion design and video production without compromising visual storytelling or craftsmanship.
