Motion Design Associate Manager

Role Overview: As a Motion Design Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for creating high-quality videos for both internal and external clients. You should possess strong editorial instincts and proven experience in working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, along with at least 11-15 years of professional editing experience. Your role will involve end-to-end video solutions with production, content creation, and multimedia editing while leveraging complex in-house broadcast infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Create marketing content, video series, documentary-style edits, and montage or voiceover-driven storytelling - Produce Digital Marketing Ads & Promotions - Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for editing (After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop skills are a plus) - Source, organize, and build edits independently using a DAM system - Understand branded content, social media formats, and cross-platform editing - Collaborate with teams using tools like Frame.io for review - Conduct light color grading and audio mixing Qualifications Required: - Adaptable, flexible, and able to perform under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to work well in a team - 11-15 years of professional editing experience in a production company, content agency, or in-house studio - Experience with montage editing, voiceover-driven narratives, and emotion crafting through music and pacing - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop - Experience in writing or directing small video projects - Understanding of branded content and social media formats - Familiarity with collaborative review tools like Frame.io Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
