Job Title: Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (Positive Technology (PT) Product Line) Location: Delhi NCR (Pan-India Sales Coverage) Company: Mosh Technology (Exclusive Partner of Positive Technologies in India) Experience: 5–7 Years About the Role: Mosh Technology is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong technical knowledge and sales acumen in the cybersecurity space to drive the expansion of Positive Technologies' (PT) portfolio in India. The role focuses on selling PT NAD (Network Attack Detection) and associated IT/OT cybersecurity solutions to Manufacturing, Critical Infrastructure, Government, and Defence sectors . Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities for PT’s cybersecurity offerings, including PT NAD. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders — CISOs, SOC Heads, OT Engineers, Government IT leaders. Own the sales cycle from discovery to closure, including proposal creation, demos, and contract negotiation. Collaborate with internal pre-sales and PT’s international team for technical alignment and POCs. Represent Mosh and PT at industry events, cyber forums, and government tech briefings. Generate pipeline across power, energy, oil & gas, transport, smart infra, and public sector projects . Required Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts: NDR, EDR, NGFW, SIEM, SOAR, SOC tools . Awareness of zero-day threat detection, anomaly detection, OT/ICS protocols is preferred. Familiarity with government cybersecurity mandates (CERT-IN, NCIIPC) is a plus. Sales & Market Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales of cybersecurity or enterprise tech products . Should have successfully sold into manufacturing, energy, transport, or government verticals . Comfortable engaging at CXO level as well as technical decision-makers. Excellent communication, pitch-making, and follow-through skills.
