Role Description As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Morwils, you will leverage your proven sales skills to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of our client base. Key Responsibilities Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases. Effective Outreach and Engagement: Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media, effectively communicating Morwils' value proposition. Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management: Qualify leads based on established criteria, manage the sales pipeline, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members. Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in our CRM system. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Sales Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in the technology sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads. Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
