Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our team at Riti Vikash Matriculation School. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Montessori principles and a genuine love for guiding young children through their early stages of development.

As a Montessori teacher, you will create a nurturing, prepared environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow independently at their own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a Montessori-based curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of each child

· Guide students in self-directed activities, helping them develop independence and confidence

· Prepare and maintain a clean, orderly, and child-centered learning environment

· Observe and assess each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians

· Maintain open and professional communication with staff, parents, and school leadership

· Foster a respectful, peaceful, and inclusive classroom culture

· Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times

Qualifications:

· Certified Montessori training required

· Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Montessori classroom (preferred)

· Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

· Passionate, patient, and nurturing personality
