As a Production and Development Employee at Bei FellerYachting, you will be part of a team of creative minds who collaborate closely with universities and shipbuilding research institutes across Germany to design and manufacture innovative watercraft. Your responsibilities will include crafting scale ship models and contributing to the development of a 15m long catamaran for Autonomous Inland Waterway Shipping. Additionally, you will be involved in interior design manufacturing, providing support in the production of components made from glass and carbon fiber-reinforced plastics, as well as assembly work. In our diverse team of boat builders, carpenters, designers, and career changers, there is a culture of learning from each other.
