Qualification & Experience · A CA/CA Inter/CS/LLB/CMA overall 3-5 year working experience in Regulatory/Monitoring and Compliances under IBC · Preference will be given to candidates possessing Working experience of CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation and compliance under IBC Skill Sets required · Sound knowledge of IBC and its Regulations · Good interpersonal skills · Effective written and verbal communication skills · Effective drafting skills for Inspections and Monitoring related Issues · Good knowledge of MS Office Job Profile · To conduct Inspections/Investigations, as directed · To prepare a report of the Inspection/Investigation(s)/ Monitoring/Compliances as per the Inspection Policy/IBC · To handle other tasks as assigned by the HOD from time to time.
