Operating from our Ahmedabad office, this role will serve as the central coordination point between the Middle East leadership and India teamsmanaging lead workflows, CRM reporting, sales/marketing coordination, operational follow-through, and cross-time-zone communication. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, fluent in business communication, and comfortable owning end-to-end operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Operations & Lead Management (Primary Scope) Manage the complete lead lifecycle: capture, qualify, track, follow up, and handover. Conduct outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) and ensureaccuratepipeline updates. Support proposal refinement, outreach messaging, and prospect coordination. Handle follow-ups for scheduling, documentation, and conversion stages. 2. Marketing Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with marketing, content, creative, and operations teams to ensuretimelyexecution of deliverables. Manage campaign deliverables, task follow-ups, and timelines. Support digital presence management (especially LinkedIn posts, updates, and engagement monitoring). 3. Executive and Operational Support Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and communications across IndiaMiddle East time zones. Prepare meeting briefs,MoMs, follow-up notes, and action trackers. Basic Accounting Support (as needed): Maintainsimple bookkeeping records related to invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
