Module Lead - Microsoft Power BI

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is seeking Microsoft Power BI Professionals with 5-6 years of experience to join their team. As a Power BI Professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Your role will involve creating efficient data models, optimizing report performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to implement Power BI service administration and mentor teams in BI best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Strong analytical mindset and extensive experience in data visualization - Collaborate across teams to support decision-making processes - Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports - Focus on user experience and storytelling design of the dashboard - Create and maintain efficient data models and relationships - Data connectivity with Multiple Sources including Oracle BI, SQL, APIs, Dataflows, Data lakes, Data Warehouse - Advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations - Strong Power Query (M language) scripting for transformations - ETL Query Writing knowledge on SQL - Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques - Troubleshoot and resolve issues - Prepare detailed documentation such as data dictionaries, process workflows, and user guides - Implement Power BI service administration including RLS & OLS, workspace management, data security policies, and deployment pipelines - Proven ability to mentor and lead teams in BI best practices Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience as a Microsoft Power BI Professional - Proficiency in advanced DAX and Power Query scripting - Strong knowledge of ETL Query Writing on SQL - Experience in data connectivity with multiple sources - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Note: The job description does not provide any additional details about the company.,
