Module Lead - Data Stage

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining DataStage ETL jobs according to specifications. Your role will involve optimizing existing DataStage jobs for performance, troubleshooting job failures, and providing root cause analysis. Additionally, you will work with the development team to ensure that all DataStage jobs adhere to company standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new DataStage jobs to load data into the data warehouse - Test DataStage jobs for accuracy and performance - Deploy DataStage jobs to production environments - Monitor DataStage job execution and troubleshoot issues as needed - Maintain documentation for all developed jobs - Provide support for ongoing data loads and issue resolution - Help project leaders with project timeframes and objectives - Run ETL batch in different environments - Build, test, and maintain database pipeline architectures - Collaborate with management to understand company objectives - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies - Translate business/functional requirements into technical specifications for Big Data solutions Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in DataStage - Proficiency in ETL job development and maintenance - Strong troubleshooting skills for DataStage job failures - Ability to work collaboratively with development teams - Experience in testing and deploying DataStage jobs - Knowledge of data governance and security policies,
