To make sure all team members are in Uniform as per prescribed grooming standards by the company. To meet 80% of the Store Walk-ins personally to create a wow moment for the customer. To do a thorough need analysis of the customer and suggest the right products and services To stay in constant communication with customer post visit . To stay up-to-date on local Catchment area developments with respect to builders and Apartment communities . Accountable To develop and implement strategies to maximize sales , Achieve Budgeted Sales targets. To execute store level events, campaigns as suggest by the management. To ensure the sales team is following SOPs and training on SOP whenever required in collaboration with the HR team. Monitoring each lead, calling prospective leads and personally meeting big ticket customers to increase conversion. To follow Company Checklist and Operational SOP. To monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. To generate out of the box ideas to drive customer walk-Ins into his/her store thereby increasing sales. To Devise and execute Catchment area activation in collaboration with management. Excellence To Ensure Store display is as per VM guidelines To manage expenses and budgets effectively to ensure profitability To maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. To ensure store operational excellence - store Administration , Maintenance , Hr Processes . Collaboration To monitor Stylist to ensure presentations are as per customer /architect inputs and made as per presentation set standards .Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service. To Conduct Morning briefing (Yesterday sales, today closure, sale HC wise as on today, current offers, check grooming, new joinee buddy process) To follow set process of last piece replacement with H.O operations team and VM TO recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback as needed To handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement short term and long-term strategic plans for taking the store towards Profitability. Education, Experience & Critical Success Factors Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 4-8 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus. In-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and market dynamics. Customer first approach with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.

Consider factors such as room dimensions, and the customer specific needs. To Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Gather information about their lifestyle, taste, and desired outcomes in order to provide appropriate styling advice and mood boards. Excellence To Develop a comprehensive understanding of the stores product range, including different styles, materials, and designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the furniture industry. To Collaborate with the sales team to provide support during the sales process. Offer styling suggestions, provide additional information about products, and assist in closing sales by emphasizing the value and benefits of the product offerings. To maintain records of client interactions, product preferences, and sales transactions. Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and popular furniture styles to contribute to the stores marketing and business strategies. Collaboration To create visually appealing product displays and to showcase different product arrangements and design possibilities. Coordinate complementary accessories, lighting, and decor items to enhance the overall presentation as per VM standards. To Contribute to the visual merchandising efforts of the store by working closely with VM and by creating attractive displays that highlight the products quality, style, and functionality. Arrange and update displays regularly to maintain a fresh and appealing visuals. Education, Experience & Critical Success Factors Min Graduate or certificate course in interior design, or a related field. 2-5 Yrs experience as a Interior Designer /stylist preferably from Furniture Industry In-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven mindset Analytical and strategic thinking abilities Customer first approach with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
