Required Qualification: 18+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years of experience in developing AMS propositions Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years in leading large AMS engagements, driving initiatives for automation and optimization Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering AMS solution themes, Target Operating Models, Ticket Analysis, Effort Estimates and Pricing Models etc Experience of Automation, Gen AI, Virtual Assistant, Observability and AIOps would be a plus Candidate should have experience in working or leading Application Managed Services propositions / capabilities in his prior experience.
