Modellor BIM

You will be working as a Modeler in the WET-Water & Effluent Treatment ICChennai department. Your role will involve developing and updating BIM models, preparing parametric modeling using Revit, and creating accurate construction drawings. You should have a Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in the BIM or related industry. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must, and knowledge of other Autodesk products like Navisworks, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and Infraworks is preferred. Your responsibilities will include updating discipline-specific BIM modeling content, coordinating shared file server setup with Design Team IT staff, ensuring appropriate use of BIM to test design requirements, liaising with BIM and IT Managers, and deploying BIM standards and protocols within the team. You should have strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities when needed. Overall, your role will involve contributing to the development and maintenance of BIM models for efficient design coordination and clash detection in projects. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with BIM standards and protocols, as well as upholding company values and work ethics.,
