Job Description

As a Mobilization Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for contributing to large, complex programs across various work streams. This may involve transitioning work to different geographical locations while ensuring the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcomes of the program. You will play a key role in defining and implementing processes, organizational structures, and operating infrastructures necessary for setting up and commencing operations of a new outsourcing engagement or supporting the transition of services between operating entities. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing and operating Project Management Office (PMO) processes within an Accenture engagement context, applying traditional or Agile/Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project, or portfolio. In this position, you will be expected to identify and evaluate complex problems within your area of responsibility, devising solutions that require a thorough analysis of various factors. You will need to align your actions with the strategic direction set by senior management, engaging with senior management at client organizations and/or within Accenture to address matters that may necessitate considering alternative approaches. This role grants you some autonomy in decision-making, where you will independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions will have a significant day-to-day impact on your area of responsibility. If managing teams, you will oversee large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts either at a client site or within Accenture. Please note that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a degree in Any Graduation and possess 13 to 18 years of relevant experience.,
