Mobility Engineering Manager

As a Mobility Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Product Engineering teams with over 12 years of experience in Android, Java, Kotlin, iOS, Objective-C, and Swift. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions for enterprise-grade applications following Agile Delivery practices. Your role will require hands-on experience in mobile app development, emphasizing strong mobile UI design and implementation skills acquired during your initial years of career progression. Leading end-to-end Mobile engineering teams with over 5 years of experience, you will focus on building scalable platforms and architectures on Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) & Android (Java/Kotlin), as well as hybrid frameworks like React Native & Flutter. Your proficiency in App build management and provisioning, including Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with store policies and submission requirements. Moreover, your knowledge of object-oriented programming, application architecture, and experience in establishing industry-leading engineering practices will be instrumental in driving success. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing project quality metrics, presenting reports to stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban.
