Job Description

Avodha is looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Repair Tutor to train students in mobile hardware and software troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing smartphones and tablets, and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom sessions on mobile phone hardware and software repair. Teach students about various mobile components: screen, battery, motherboard, ICs, etc. Demonstrate live repair techniques for Android and iOS phones. Explain basic and advanced concepts of mobile circuit diagrams, soldering, and chip-level repair. Provide guidance on using repair tools: multimeter, soldering station, hot air gun, etc. Help students troubleshoot and repair common issues like charging problems, display errors, speaker/mic faults, etc. Prepare lesson plans, practical modules, and assessments. Support student projects and hands-on practice in lab sessions. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in mobile phone repairing (hardware and software). In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS device repair. Familiar with repair tools and latest mobile technologies. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Prior training or teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass with diploma or certification in Mobile Repair. Preferred Skills: Chip-level repair knowledge Experience using OCA machines, separators, and other advanced tools Ability to train students with varying technical backgrounds Fluent in Malayalam and basic English Why Join Avodha?
