Mobile Automation Architect - Appium (Android/iOS)

You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the mobile automation testing strategy for our organization. With over 8 years of experience, you will possess a strong background in mobile automation testing, architecture, and engineering, particularly in tools like Appium, Selenium, and mobile device automation testing on Android and iOS platforms. Your primary role will involve developing scalable and efficient mobile automation testing frameworks and overseeing a team of automation engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality automated testing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing the overall mobile automation testing strategy and architecture, as well as staying informed about the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in the field. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop test automation strategies, while also designing and developing mobile automation testing frameworks using tools like Appium and Selenium. Additionally, you will be involved in setting up Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, as well as utilizing tools such as Report Portal, VRT, BrowserStack, DeviceFarm, and Docker for automated testing. Furthermore, you will lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and execute automated tests for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms. Your role will also involve maintaining automated testing reports and metrics to monitor test coverage and execution, identifying and reporting defects found during automated testing, and working closely with development teams to address issues. It will be essential for you to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile automation testing and recommend improvements to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Lastly, you will collaborate with the team to design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools, as well as create and maintain documentation such as architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and testing procedures to support automated testing efforts.,
