Mobile Application Developer

As a Senior Mobile Application Developer at I-PAC, you will be a key player in designing and developing high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language. With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter, Java, or Kotlin, you will work closely with campaign teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver technical solutions within challenging deadlines. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and implement new features, writing clean and efficient code, integrating with backend services and third-party APIs, and ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience through testing and debugging. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, participate in code reviews, contribute to project planning, and maintain project documentation. The role will require you to address performance issues, troubleshoot problems, and work in an Agile/Scrum development process. The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, previous experience in developing and launching successful mobile applications, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart language, proficiency in state management with Bloc and Riverpod, experience in implementing complex user interfaces and intuitive user experiences, knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services, familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub, Gitlab, and Bitbucket, excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.,
