MLOps Engineer

GlobalLogic is engaged in implementing ML/AL/GenAI-powered applications for a multinational industrial conglomerate to enhance business efficiency. The initiative began in 2023 and has progressed through a Discovery phase and completion of 3 pilot projects covering use cases such as Customer Requirements, Tender Response, and Project Design areas. The next step involves enhancing the pilots with additional capabilities identified and confirmed with the client's experts, transitioning the applications to the next MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage. In terms of PoP MLOps tech stack, GlobalLogic utilizes various open-source tools including Kubernetes for orchestration, Docker for containerization, Kubeflow as the MLOps Platform for notebooks and pipelines, MLflow for experiment tracking, Evidently for model monitoring, KServe for deployment of internally-hosted open-source models, LiteLLM for routing requests to externally-provided models (e.g., Gemini / Azure OpenAI GPT models), Tyk as the MLOps Model Service for API gateway services and parameter validation, and Github actions for CI.
