MLO/MLC PCB Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing sophisticated multilayer PCBs utilizing MLO/MLC technology and creating comprehensive PCB documentation and manufacturing packages. Additionally, you will optimize RF/microwave circuits for maximum performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex design challenges. You will also implement advanced DFM techniques, conduct design rule checks, guide manufacturing partners through technical requirements, mentor junior designers, and contribute to design reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Design sophisticated multilayer PCBs using MLO/MLC technology - Create comprehensive PCB documentation and manufacturing packages - Optimize RF/microwave circuits for maximum performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex design challenges - Implement advanced DFM techniques - Conduct design rule checks - Guide manufacturing partners through technical requirements - Mentor junior designers - Contribute to design reviews Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field - 3-5 years of hands-on PCB design experience - Expert-level proficiency in PCB design software (Altium/Cadence Allegro) - Proven track record with MLO/MLC design principles and high-frequency circuit design experience (>1GHz) - Strong understanding of signal integrity and EMC/EMI principles - In-depth knowledge of IPC standards Bonus Skills: - RF/microwave design tool expertise - High-speed digital design experience - Power integrity analysis capabilities - Flex/rigid-flex PCB design knowledge - Military/aerospace standard familiarity Additional Details: DWB Tech Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, professional development support, work-life balance, state-of-the-art design tools, and a collaborative team environment.
