Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Srinagar for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques, and managing daily content creation and postings. This role involves tracking performance metrics, driving audience engagement, and staying updated with social media trends to ensure desirable outcomes for the company's online presence. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to build and manage a strong social media presence. Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies tailored to audience engagement. Exceptional Communication and Writing skills to create compelling content and interact with users effectively. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for improving social media performance and engagement.
