Job Description: MIS Executive **Company:** Ei Samay **Location:** Siddha Building, Esplanade, Kolkata **Job Title:** MIS Executive **Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month **Experience Required:** 2–3 Years Job Description: Ei Samay is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team at the Siddha Building, Esplanade location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, generating reports, and supporting operational efficiency through accurate data management. Key Responsibilities: ● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use. ● Analyze data to support business decision-making. ● Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor performance metrics. ● Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data. ● Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports. ● Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible. Key Skills Required: ● Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). ● Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Management roles.
