Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6–8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
Strong expertise in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Proven experience analyzing large operational datasets and delivering actionable insights.
Knowledge of Contact Center metrics and Healthcare/Provider operations strongly preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate data into stories for senior leadership.
Experience mentoring or leading analysts is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Partner with Operations leadership (Contact Center & Provider Support) to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
Develop, automate, and maintain performance dashboards and reports (Power BI, SQL) to provide real-time visibility into key KPIs (e.g., utilization, completion rates, scheduling efficiency, shrinkage).
Analyze trends in appointment scheduling, completion rates, incentive vs. non-incentive member performance, and pre-visit cancellations to recommend improvement strategies.
Translate data into business insights and present findings/recommendations to senior leaders (including VP and COO).
Build predictive models/forecasts to support workforce planning, productivity management, and provider engagement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Training, Quality, IT, Finance) to align reporting, metrics, and performance goals.
Drive standardization and accuracy of reporting across multiple teams.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven decision-making culture.
