Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects. Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and standards. Assist in day-to-day operations and support team activities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across permanent, contract, and C2H models. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and prioritize open positions. Source candidates proactively using Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, and vendor networks. Conduct screening calls to assess technical fit, availability, compensation expectations, and employment model preferences. Manage C2H pipelines, track contract end dates, and coordinate with stakeholders for conversions or extensions. Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors and contracting firms. Keep accurate and updated records in ATS and recruitment trackers. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
