We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive person to handle all customer queries, convert leads into orders, and ensure smooth order management for our customized cakes & hampers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in making their celebrations memorable. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone. Explain our cakes, hampers, and customisation options in a friendly and engaging way. Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and upsell additional items (candles, cupcakes, toppers, etc.). Maintain an order tracker and coordinate with the kitchen & delivery team. Ensure timely order processing and smooth delivery. Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
