The primary focus of this role is outbound business development and relationship building: 1. Corporate Outreach and Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Enablement HR Connection: Research, identify, and execute strategies to connect with the Human Resources (HR) and Wellness/L&D (Learning & Development) departments of target corporations. Appointment Setting: Proactively reach out via cold calling, emailing, and professional networking (LinkedIn) to fix appointments for senior team members to present our corporate wellness offerings. Workshop Booking: Secure and book corporate workshop sessions and seminars focused on mental health, resilience, and stress management. 2. Institutional and Educational Market Development Direct Engagement: Identify and schedule meetings with the Principals, Directors, and key administrative personnel of schools, universities, and educational institutions. Talk Opportunities: Systematically find and secure opportunities for talks, guest lectures, and student/faculty workshops within these institutions. 3. Client Acquisition and Offline Channel Building Lead Generation: Independently find clients and institutions interested in the company’s various programs (e.g., leadership wellness, employee assistance programs, student counseling). Offline Marketing Strategy: Build and maintain proper direct offline marketing channels (e.g., attending industry events, local networking groups, strategic partnerships) through which consistent enquiries can be generated for the company’s services. Database Management: Maintain and update a CRM/database with leads, outreach status, and contact information. Task and Activities Make cold calls Schedule meetings with school principal, colleges doctors Attend to enquiries / leads generated by social media Brainstorm and plan facebook and other social media marketing Collaborate with SEO and SMO team and review the overall branding Placement and business development via digital media Create collaboration with doctors for referral system Drive in registration for CEP and ensure sign ins Research future prospects for brand expansion and business growth plan and coordinate to create events for creating awareness and driving sales Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and objectives. Performing marketing research as per the current requirements. Meeting clients, establishing colloborations, networking, finding ideal public relations platforms for promoting business. Working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team or other team members. Creating marketing campaigns to promote the products and services of the company. Exploring various advertising opportunities. Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and others. Monitoring marketing activities and improving their performance. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the publishers and vendors clients, referrals, influencers etc. Developing marketing reports on a monthly basis and presenting them. Attending brainstorming sessions, daily standups, regular meetings as well as meeting with clients. Preparing marketing budget and financial strategies according to the organization’s goals.
