Job Type Full time position Job description and responsibilities: Own end-to-end influencer marketing: discovering relevant creators, shortlisting, outreach, negotiation and relationship management for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms. Coordinate deliverables with influencers: share briefs, moodboards and sample content, align on hooks, angles and CTAs, and ensure timely posting as per campaign calendars. Research winning creatives: regularly study Meta Ads Library and competitor content to identify new concepts, formats and angles to test in ads and organic content. Assist in setting up and refreshing ad creatives: coordinate with the performance marketer/founder to supply scripts, thumbnails, creatives and copy variations for testing. Manage day-to-day social media posting: schedule and publish content on Instagram and other channels, write basic captions and ensure brand tonality and visual consistency. Coordinate fulfilment and inventory: track stock levels across Shopify and Amazon, raise timely re-order requests, and follow up with vendors/logistics partners to avoid stockouts. Own basic customer-back operations: coordinate with support for replacement/return cases related to Amazon and website orders, helping protect ratings and reviews. Maintain documentation and SOPs: keep clear records of influencer contracts, deliverables, payment status and step-by-step checklists for recurring marketing and ops tasks. Collaborate closely with the founder and external partners: join weekly planning calls, share ideas, flag risks early and generally act as a proactive marketing-operations partner. Education and Background: Have an innate understanding and love for social media, content creation and mental wellness Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field (open to any graduate with strong digital skills). Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and general social media trends and formats Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking influencers, content, inventory and orders. Work experience is recommended but not required, employees should just be eager to learn and grow Proficiency in English Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi bonus for influencer/vendor coordination). High ownership and organisational skills: able to juggle multiple campaigns, keep trackers updated and follow SOPs.
