Branding & Awareness Develop and strengthen the companys brand identity (logo, tagline, digital profile). Manage and enhance online presence across Google Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Design marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional videos. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. 2. Lead Generation & Sales Support Identify potential clients (builders, contractors, fabricators, industrial buyers). Generate inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email marketing. Convert leads into sales through consistent follow-ups. Maintain CRM records and client databases for pipeline management. 3. Market Research & Intelligence Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies. Identify new project opportunities and market segments. Analyze demand trends for steel, cement, and allied materials. Gather client and dealer feedback to improve offerings. 4. Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage and update the company website regularly. Plan and execute Google Ads/Facebook Ads campaigns. Create SEO-driven content, case studies, and testimonials. Handle and respond to online customer inquiries promptly. 5. Relationship Building & Networking Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Network with contractors, architects, and real estate developers. Liaise with suppliers and mills to share offers and updates. Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for seamless deliveries. 6. Strategic Growth & Business Development Identify new regions/districts for expansion. Recruit and manage local sales agents or dealer networks. Plan promotional activities and festive campaigns. Monitor key performance metrics (sales targets, conversion rates). 7. Value-Added Services Prepare quotations and pricing sheets. Negotiate rates and contracts for bulk orders. Provide technical guidance on steel grades, sizes, and applications. Support after-sales processes including delivery follow-ups and documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of construction and industrial materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to handle digital marketing and B2B sales activities independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital campaign analytics.
