Key job responsibilities Lead sort centre activities across a shift and support coordination of staff plans and operating schedules. Develop a strong performing team fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession and engagement. Support developing and implementing process quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Encourage and strengthen our strong culture of health and safety best practices. Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed. Linehaul and Vehicle planning understanding is must. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Basic graduation is Must. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
