We are looking for a committed and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Directors in managing business and personal responsibilities with utmost discretion and efficiency. Role Description: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong follow-up and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity. The individual will serve as a key point of coordination, managing schedules, communication, documentation and day-to-day priorities while ensuring seamless functioning across branch offices and brand operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Handle emails, correspondence and document requests on behalf of the Director. Draft and prepare presentations, meeting notes and business documents. Coordinate administrative tasks, office operations and vendor follow-ups. Prepare and manage expense reports and travel itineraries. Support in meeting preparations, follow-ups and execution of strategic tasks. Perform confidential and personal tasks as required by the Director. Ensure smooth communication flow across internal teams and external business associates. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Admin role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent follow-up skills are a must . Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Honest, dependable with a commitment to job stability. Prior experience in luxury, creative or high-end brand environments is a plus. The individual will be responsible for shaping brand identity, ensuring consistent communication and driving marketing campaigns while working closely with the leadership and creative teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage brand positioning, storytelling and communication across platforms. Lead social media, PR and digital initiatives to enhance visibility. Coordinate with designers, creative agencies and media partners.
