Mid & Sr Guidewire Developer

You are invited to join Access Global Group as a Senior Guidewire Developer with PolicyCenter Configuration experience in a full-time position, PAN India- Onsite. As a PAN India resident, you will have the opportunity to work onsite in one of the following locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, or Bhubaneswar. Access Global Group (AGG) is looking for a skilled Senior Guidewire Developer to act as the Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team, focusing on various Guidewire implementation projects worldwide. Your role involves: - Working as a team leader to contribute in different technical streams of Guidewire projects - Communicating with onsite coordinators and customers - Planning and monitoring project deliverables - Mentoring the project team - Reporting project status regularly - Traveling to customer locations as required As a team leader, your responsibilities will include: - Establishing a quality culture - Managing performance for direct reports - Promoting teamwork and providing mentorship - Participating in people initiatives at an organizational level Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 8 years of industry experience - Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration - Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance - Experience in Personal or Commercial Lines products - Proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, and more - Expertise in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, and Enterprise Messaging Systems - Understanding of Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Familiarity with software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Previous client-facing experience This full-time role is based onsite in multiple locations across PAN India.
