Mid-Level 3D Interior-Exterior Architectural Visualizer

As a 3D Exterior Architectural Visualizer at our company, your role will involve collaborating closely with design and project teams to create accurate and compelling visual content that effectively communicates design intent. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and producing detailed 3D renderings and visualizations based on architectural plans and concepts - Utilizing 3ds Max and Corona Renderer to generate photorealistic imagery and animations - Working with architects, designers, and project managers to grasp project requirements, incorporating feedback and revisions Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and editing images in Photoshop to enhance the quality of visual outputs and using AutoCAD for precise modeling and integration of architectural elements. Your role will require a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in 3D visualization will also be important. Qualifications for this position include: - Proven experience as a 3D Exterior Architectural Visualizer or in a similar role - Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and AutoCAD - Solid understanding of architectural design principles and visualization techniques - Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into 3D models and renderings - Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with team members and clients Preferred skills for this role include experience with additional visualization software or tools, knowledge of animation and motion graphics in 3ds Max, and experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
