MicroStrategy Reporting Developer

As an experienced MicroStrategy Reporting Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy, writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, applying ETL concepts to ensure efficient data flow, creating and optimizing data models, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development and strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning. A solid understanding of ETL concepts, proficient data modeling techniques, and experience with schema design, facts, attributes, and hierarchies in MicroStrategy are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and knowledge of data visualization best practices are considered nice-to-have skills.
