Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and support Windows Server 2008/2012 in physical and virtual environments. - Administer and maintain Hyper-V and VMware environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance. - Conduct data center migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and proficiently resolve system-related issues. - Manage core networking services like DHCP, DNS, load balancing, and IIS. - Monitor server capacity and performance, identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks. - Perform remote administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers in distributed environments. - Collaborate with vendor partners to maintain and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Contribute to the improvement of operational policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks with vendor teams.
