As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team for a 6-month internship program. You will have the opportunity to work on one of the world's leading customer relationship management platforms and contribute to impactful projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on business requirements. - Working on data integration and automation using Power Automate. - Supporting the design and development of dashboards, reports, and workflows. - Performing testing and troubleshooting of CRM functionalities to ensure seamless performance. - Documenting project processes and creating user guides for solutions implemented. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM solutions that enhance business operations. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Open to candidates from any educational background. - Interest in software applications, databases, and CRM solutions. - Ability to understand business problems and propose solutions. - Passion for learning new technologies, especially Microsoft tools and applications. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of Power Platform, SQL, or JavaScript is a bonus (not mandatory).
