Micro milling & drilling operator

Job Description

Set up and operate micro milling and micro drilling machines according to engineering drawings. Perform part inspections using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining of components. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards for micro fabrication. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and tooling. Document production data, including part dimensions, process parameters, and quality checks. Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance to improve processes and resolve issues. 4+ years of experience in micro machining or precision CNC operations, particularly milling and drilling. Strong familiarity with micro machining principles, materials (such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, plastics), and tooling. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T. Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for working with miniature components.
