Role Description We are hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Manager – Skill Development for a full-time, on-site role in Pune. This role involves identifying and building strategic partnerships with skill development institutes, corporations, and mentors. You will be responsible for networking with potential partners, negotiating collaboration agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual growth and success. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives and track partnership performance. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and strategic partnerships in the skill development ecosystem Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially within Skill India / NSDC networks Develop impactful proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to institutional and corporate clients Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing Collaborate with internal teams to align business and partnership strategies Monitor and report on partnership outcomes and KPIs Qualifications & Experience: MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred) or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales Strong command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal & written) Prior experience working in Skill Development, EdTech, NSDC, Skill India projects, or vocational training institutes is highly desirable Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Why Join Us: Be part of a purpose-driven startup shaping the future of skill development in India Opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, education, and social impact Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture How to Apply : Send your CV to jobs@micafila.com with the subject line: Business Development & Partnerships Manager – Pune
