You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in the MFI industry. Strong communication and managerial skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in managing 3-4 branches is required. Experience in handling a portfolio of 15 to 20 crores in a specific area is preferred. Knowledge of audit and other compliance procedures is necessary. Salary is negotiable based on your previous salary.
