We are currently looking for a Jr. Engibeer -Injection Moulding to join us at Hyderabad, India, Wavin India BI 1) Sets up and operates injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials: Installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and handtools. 2) Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures. 3) Dumps premixed plastic powders or pellets into hopper, and starts machine. 4) Pulls lever to close dies and inject plastic into dies to cast part. 5) Removes finished product from dies, using handtools. 6) Trims excess material from part, using knife. 7) May mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in mixing machine, according to formula. 8) May grind scrap plastic into powder for reuse.

Adjust, calibrate and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature and general operation. Examine visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment at the end of the week to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, making adjustments as needed. Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise. Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up. Use regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment on a bimonthly basis. Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn out components. Choose and install cutters, molds and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.
